Welcome to Yesha Jhaveri Therapy. By accessing www.yeshajhaveri.com or using our therapy services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services
- Yesha Jhaveri provides individual and couples therapy based on professional qualifications and ethical guidelines.
- Therapy sessions do not substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment.
2. Booking & Payments
- Appointments must be booked in advance.
- Payments must be completed before the session via secure payment gateways.
- Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed sessions without notice may be charged.
3. Confidentiality & Ethics
- All client information remains confidential unless required by law (e.g., risk of harm).
- No part of the therapy sessions may be recorded, shared, or published without consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
- While therapy aims to support mental well-being, outcomes are not guaranteed.
- Yesha Jhaveri Therapy is not responsible for any personal or professional consequences resulting from therapy sessions.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
